Day 1: San José

Arrival and welcome at the Juan Santa María international airport.
Private transfer to hotel in San Jose or in Heredia.
Rest of the day free.

Day 2: San José – Carara National Park

Departure early for a complete and guided One Day Tour to Carara National Park, one of Costa Rica's most popular National Parks
Lodging in San José. B.- L.

Day 3: Rain Forest

Departure early after breakfast for a complete tour; visiting first the Poás Volcano and then La Paz Waterfall Gardens; after that, enjoy the guided visit to the Sarapiquí River.
Spend the night in the heart of the Rain Forest Preserve where you can walk the trails the times that you want it and taking the optional Aerial Tram tour. B-L-D

Day 4: Tortuguero

The tour is going to pick you up early to drive through Tortuguero: the "Region of Turtles". Then join the fluvial transfer to the Lodge for 2 nights with all inclusive regimen: meals, drinks, snacks and guided tours.
After lunch enjoying the included tour with local guide to visit the Natural History Museum.

Day 5: Tortuguero

More wonderful scenery exploring the canal, the natural trails and canoe on the local canals in
Tortuguero National Park which is covered by a large expanse of tropical rainforest.
