DAY 1
Arrival to Costa Rica. Transfer to San José. Overnight in CACTS HOTEL (B)

DAY 2
Breakfast in CACTS Departure to Quepos, near Manuel Antonio National Park area. Arrival to COOPE-SILENCIO LODGE, in the early afternoon. The community of “El Silencio” is an example of the cooperative development in Costa Rica. Here the group can visit the reserve and plantations. A night tour can give them the possibility to find, nocturnal birds, insects, frogs and snakes. (L-D-B)

DAY 3
Departure – after breakfast – to Manuel Antonio National Park , spending the all day in the park. Overnight in Espadilla Cabins, near the park.

DAY 4
Departure to Palo Verde National Park, early in the morning Overnight in O.T.S. Biological Station. (D-B-L)

DAY 5
Departure to Monteverde. Here the group will spend two days knowing and studying the Cloud forest and surround areas. Overnight in VILLA VERDE HOTEL for 2 nights. (D-B-L)

DAY 7
Departure to Arenal volcano area. Overnight in LA CATARATA LODGE (D-B-L)

DAY 8
Departure early afternoon to Aguas Zarcas, one hour far from Arenal. Overnight in COOPE SAN JUAN, another laborious community growing around pineapple plantations, yuca, forest protection and “eco-agro-tourism”, a real new concept in tourism. (D-B-L)

DAY 9
Departure to Sarapiquí. Visit to LA SELVA BIOLOGICAL STATION Overnight in LA QUINTA LODGE (D-B-L)

DAY 10
Breakfast Departure to San José Overnight in CACTS HOTEL (B)

DAY 11
Transfer to the AIRPORT / END OF SERVICES
